Oklahoma's Promise
Oklahoma's Promise was established in 1992 for Oklahoma residents who attend Oklahoma high schools. The award targets 8th, 9th, or 10th grade students and covers tuition on a last dollar basis for any in-state public or private 2-year or 4-year institution. Students must meet income requirements and merit requirements. The program is funded by a state appropriation.
