Tulsa Achieves

    Tulsa Achieves was established in 2007 for residents of Tulsa County who attend Oklahoma high schools. The awards funds up to full tuition for students who maintain residency for at least four years at Tulsa Community College. High school graduates must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by property taxes in Tulsa County.
