Rockford Promise

    The Rockford Promise was established in 2007 for students who reside in Rockford County and attend high schools in Rockford's Public School District #205. Students chosen receive a $500 award on a first dollar basis to attend either Rock Valley College or Rockford University. The program is funded through individual donors.
