Illinois Promise

Illinois Promise was established in 2005 for Illinois residents who graduate from Illinois high schools. The award provides tuition, fees, room and board, and books on a first dollar basis at University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign. Students must also meet income requirements. The program is funded by University of Illinois-Urbana Champaign.
