CORE Promise Scholarship

    The CORE Promise Scholarship was established in 2003 for Philadelphia residents who graduate from Philadelphia high schools. The program provides $250 on a first dollar basis for Community College of Philadelphia, public 4-year institutions in the PASSHE or state-related system, or the University of Pennsylvania. The program is funded by CORE Philly Charitable Trust.
