Community Scholarship Program

    The Community Scholarship Program (CSP) was established in 1971 for students who attend McCracken or Paducah County high schools. The award pays full tuition at West Kentucky Community and Technical College on a last dollar basis. High school graduates must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by the Rotary Club of Paducah.
