ARFuture Grant

The ARFuture Grant was established in 2016 (with first recipients in 2017) for traditional, home school, and non-traditional students who graduate from Arkansas public or private schools, homeschools, or received their GED or can verify three years of state residency if a high school graduate out of state. The award covers tuition and fees on a last dollar basis at Arkansas community or technical colleges for students studying in high-demand fields like computer science or welding. The program is funded through the state's WIG and GO! Grants and is stackable with the Arkansas Lottery and other state scholarships. Students must work full-time in Arkansas for a minimum of three years or the grant will be converted into a loan.
