Advantage Shelby County (Ivy Tech)

    Advantage Shelby County was established in 2015 for residents of Shelby County who graduate from Shelby County High School. The award pays up to full tuition on a last dollar basis to Ivy Tech Community College. High school graduates must also meet merit requirements. The program is funded by Indiana Grand Racing and Casino revenue for the city and county.
